Carefully peel away the clear plastic backing sheet from the edible image before applying to your cake, cupcakes or cookies.
APPLICATION ON BUTTERCREAM
When applying the edible image on buttercream, we recommend applying no longer than 24hrs prior to serving and to place decorated cake/cupcakes in an enclosed box to stop the moisture bubbling/bleeding the image. We recommend to stick the edible image to fondant backing discs prior to application, to create a moisture barrier from your icing and stop the image from melting.
APPLICATION ON FONDANT
When applying the edible image on a fondant finish cake/cupcakes, apply some clear piping gel or edible glue to the back of the image to adhere to the fondant.
STORAGE PRIOR TOAPPLICATION
Store edible image sheets in an air-tight zip lock bag in the pantry, away from direct light, heat or moisture sources.
DO NOT store in the fridge or freezer
STORAGE AFTER APPLICATION
Once your edible images have been applied, store in an enclosed box or sealed container if you need to refrigerate.
